Recommended Use: For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 400-500 ml of cold water or skimmed milk, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix thoroughly with a spoon, in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds. Check that the lid/top is properly closed before blending or shaking.
