Recommended Use: Myoplex® offers a comprehensive, convenient and economical tool you can use, day in and day out, to provide your body with the nutrients you need for your active lifestyle. For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 450 ml of cold water or skimmed milk. Depending on the thickness of the shake you desire, use more (550 ml) or less liquid (350 ml). Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. Myoplex® is ideal anytime of day when you need a protein rich supplemental shake. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500 ml of water for each 1/2 kg of weight lost during exercise.
