Thermo DynamX includes "thermogenic" compounds that accelerate activation within the body to burn off extra calories. Increased resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the key to fat loss, and accounts for up to 75% of calories burned. Thermo DynamX exceeds the calorie-burning effectiveness of older ephedra-based formulas by combining proven RMR-boosting compounds Green tea, White Tea, Green Coffee Antioxidant and other active ingredients .

Ingredients: Guarana extract, cayenne fruit, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, green tea extract, cocoa extract, ginger extract, oolong tea, white tea extract, caffeine, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide). Vegetarian suitable capsule with cocoa-, tea-, ginger-, plant extracts and high caffeine content.

Recommended Use: Take 3 capsules twice daily before meals, at least 4 hours between servings and 1 hour before exercise. Do not take for more than 5 days per week. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for 2 weeks. Smaller individuals, or individuals sensitive to thermogenic products may wish to start with 1 capsule twice daily and increase the dosage as tolerated. Discontinue use and call a physician immediately if you experience nervousness, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath or other similar symptoms. Do not: use this product other than as recommended, exceed recommended dosage, use during extended periods of extreme exercise and/or while dehydrated or overheated. Do not; use in combination with aspirin, any anticoagulan (blood thinner) or prescription or over the counter medication, caffeine alkaloid or other ingredients that have a known stimulant effect. Do not use with alcohol.
